Ir Abdul Hadi Bin Abdul Aziz holds an honour degree from Glasgow University in Civil Engineering. He had served for 37 years in civil services. His last position in the civil service was Pengarah Cawangan Kerja Geoteknik JKR Malaysia. He has vast experience and has expertise in geotechnical works such as foundation works, earthworks include erosion control, slope repair, flood mitigation, ground improvement solution, and contract management. Ir. Neoh obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Degree from the University of Malaya in 1974 and has more that 30 years working experience as a civil and geotechnical engineer. He had served the Public Works Department for 25 years from 1974 to 1998, where he had held various positions including Head of Road Design Unit, Head of KL-PJ Traffic Dispersal Scheme, Head of Geotechnical Division, Superintending Engineer (Structures), Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Senior Executive Engineer and Project Engineer. He was the director of IKRAM Runding Sdn Bhd from 1999 to 2000. Currently, he is the director of a consulting firm, E-Geo Consultant Sdn Bhd.
Ir. Neoh has been the vice chairman (2004-2006) and chairman of IEM Geotechnical Engineering Division from 1996-1998. He is the Chairman of Technical Committee on Geotechnics (TC5) of Road Engineering Association Malaysia (1997-2006) and chairman of the Working Group for Standard Specification for Precast Concrete Piles of SIRIM from 1996-2000. Besides serving as chairman in the above capacities, he has also written more than 50 technical papers relating to geotechnical and road engineering in various local and international conferences, seminars and journal.

Dato’ Ir.Dr.Mohd Asbi Othman has, through his characteristic study and profound career, established himself not only as an outstanding Professional Geotechnical Engineer but also notable person in the field of research and technical investigation. Upon graduation from the University of Southampton in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 1983, he joined the Design and Research Branch of Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR) as a Geotechnical Engineer where he was involved in various geotechnical design and researches until the year 1988.

He continued his service with Jabatan Kerja Raya as a Researcher Enginener for another 5 years before leaving in 1994 to set-up an engineering consultant firm, Perunding ZNA, along with other shareholders. In May 2002, Dato’ Ir.Dr. Mohd Asbi Othman left Perunding ZNA to establish Mohd Asbi & Associates. He is currenty the Managing Director of Mohd Asbi & Associates and Innoharvest Sdn Bhd.
